You choose the dates and assumptions. Counts are calendar calculations or projections, not individual lifespan predictions or medical advice. Keep a private backup of information you want to preserve.
Free and Count+
The free app includes up to 3 people, 10 active personal counts, 3 saved widgets, academic tracking, image sharing and backup export/restore. Automatic birthday cards do not count toward the allowance. Count+ adds unlimited people, personal counts, connections and events, plus up to 20 saved widgets and in-app card sharing. Free accounts include two connections and one lifetime event creation; deleting that event does not restore the event credit. Existing counts remain readable, editable and shareable as images without an upgrade.
Count+ is an annual, automatically renewing subscription, currently US $3.99 per year, with a seven-day free trial for eligible subscribers. No monthly or lifetime option is offered. The app displays the store’s localized price, renewal terms, and any eligible introductory offer before you confirm a purchase. The purchase covers the listed Count+ features; it is not a promise of future widgets, cloud services or every future product.
Store purchases and restoration
Purchases and refund requests are handled through the store where you bought the app upgrade, under its applicable terms and your applicable consumer rights. Use Restore purchases with the same store account. Apple and Google purchases are separate; exporting or restoring a data backup does not transfer a purchase. A revoked or refunded entitlement removes paid-feature access, not your saved counts. Cancel renewal in your store subscription settings; access continues through the paid period. Expiration restricts new paid actions without deleting saved data.
Community rules
When sharing counts, invitations, event details, messages or photos, respect the people who receive them. Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, pornography, graphic violence, scams, spam, or illegal content. Do not impersonate others, reveal private information without permission, or share material you do not have the right to use. Objectionable content and abusive behavior are not permitted.
Use Report in the app or email support@countwhatmatters.com to report content or a user. Include the reference shown by the app and a brief explanation; avoid sending private invitation links or unnecessary personal information. Connections can be blocked in the app. Event hosts can moderate their boards and revoke invitations.
Hakan Taymaz monitors abuse reports daily and reviews reports within 24 hours, taking appropriate action and prioritizing urgent safety concerns. Review may require further information; this is not a promise that every investigation will be resolved within 24 hours.
